By accessing and using Four O Six Trading LLC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
We provide digital consulting services including strategy, software development, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation. Specific services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically offer fixed-price projects, time-and-material arrangements, or dedicated team contracts. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We sign NDAs upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.
