2. Service-Based Refunds

As a professional services provider, our work is customized and delivered incrementally. Refund eligibility depends on the engagement model:

Fixed-Price Projects

  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone is completed
  • If you are dissatisfied before milestone completion, we will work with you to resolve concerns
  • Unused deposits for future milestones may be refunded upon project cancellation

Time & Material

  • You pay only for actual hours worked
  • Invoices for completed work are non-refundable
  • You may terminate services at any time with written notice

Dedicated Team

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing period begins
  • You may terminate or scale the team with 30 days' written notice

3. Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
